Ok, so we were at dinner and some guy at the next table orders fried green tomatoes which the restaurant is out of. So the chef brings him fried artichokes which the guy was absolutely enamored with. So he stood up and with his fingers put a fried artichoke on our chip/salsa plate with his FINGERS!!!! OMG!!!! Well , ok, we took the breading off and ate it and it was actually very good. He was satisfied, as he kept watching us!
